Welcome to Bodily Happy, my little corner of the internet where I explore the wild world of the body-mind connection.
Why am I doing this?
Well, for starters, it's a lot of fun! Jumping into a bathtub full of ice cubes, dancing gaga or doing yoga with goats are things that sound too good not to try.
But secondly, I'm fascinated by the connection between body and mind. I’m German, so here rational thinking is very often prioritised over what our bodies tells us.
What if we bring both closer together, strengthen the connection between body and mind?
I think we'll make better decisions, feel happier and really thrive.
But this is just my wild guess.
I started Bodily Happy to explore, to learn and finally see how this journey will impact my life … and maybe yours, too.
